Isabella Miller is an immigration attorney born and raised in Woodbridge and Fredericksburg, Virginia. She completed both her undergraduate and legal education at West Virginia University, earning a B.S. in Environmental and Energy Resources Management in 2022 and her J.D. from the WVU College of Law in 2025, where she graduated in the top third of her class. Her early legal experience includes work with the WVU Immigration Law Clinic, a clerkship with a personal injury firm in New Orleans, and service at the Federal Energy Regulatory Commission in Washington, D.C., where she contributed to energy policy and innovation initiatives. She is licensed in Washington, D.C.
Isabella chose the legal profession with a clear purpose: to help people and create meaningful change within her community. Although early in her career, she has built a focused foundation in immigration matters, particularly Special Immigrant Juvenile Status (SIJS), where she brings a grounded, human-centered approach to every case. Her work is guided by an unwavering commitment to empathy, equity, and access to justice—principles that shape her advocacy for clients seeking safety and stability in the United States.
Outside of the office, Isabella enjoys a vibrant personal life that keeps her balanced and connected. She is a devoted WVU Mountaineers fan and loves attending football games whenever she can. At home, she spends her time with Moose, her energetic three-year-old mini dachshund, who accompanies her on walks and hikes throughout the region. This mix of professional discipline and personal warmth defines Isabella’s approach to the practice of law and strengthens the rapport she builds with the individuals and families she serves.
