Wendy serves as the firm’s Operations Manager, overseeing both the business and daily operations to ensure efficiency, seamless performance, and exceptional client service. With over 15 years of experience in law firm administration, she combines strategic insight with a collaborative management style to streamline processes and support the firm’s long-term goals.
She holds a degree in Social Science with a concentration in Journalism from Universidad Privada del Valle – Bolivia and is fluent in English and Spanish. Wendy also fully comprehends Portuguese and is a beginner speaker.
Wendy believes that effective operations begin with teamwork, transparency, and a shared commitment to excellence. She plays a key role in staff development, operational improvement, and client relations, helping the firm consistently deliver high-quality service.
Outside of work, Wendy is passionate about giving back to the community. She volunteers with organizations such as the Make-A-Wish Foundation, Open Arms Worldwide, the Paradigm Foundation, and the Tim Tebow Foundation’s Night to Shine, supporting and empowering children and families in need.
